YBN Recycle shall be referred to in these Terms and Conditions as  “our” or “we” and the supplier of cartridges and toners  as “you”. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between the parties for the supply of these items to YBN Recycle.

Trading Terms

We will provide a free collection service from your business.

Collection dates are made be pre arrangement.

We reserve the right to make a charge for collection if necessary.

We will inform you of any charge prior to making a collection.
Payment for cartridges

We will by prior arrangement pay for empty cartridges where organisations are intending to fund raise.

Price list available on request.

We will not pay for Oki, Xerox, Samsung, Konika Minolta Sharpe and Toshiba cartridges.

Please note that we will not make payment for pay for any items except those on our price list.

We are unable to return any items to the sender after having taken receipt of them.

Passing of Title

We shall assume full title to all items upon receipt. Items sent cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse collections

Damaged cartridges have a value of zero. Cartridges may be regarded as damaged if they have caseings that are not intact or have visible signs of damage to the print head.

We do not take any responsibility for the loss or damage to items during transit.

Limitation of Liability

We offer no warranty or guarantee about the service, which may be withdrawn without notice

Alterations to This Contract

This contract may be amended by us at any time. You are advised to check it regularly.
